24 HOURS RECEPTION SERVICES

Our Reception is open evry day on 24 hours basis . For any question or inquiry  our reception team is ready to assist you .

CLEANING SERVICES, LINEN & TOWELS

According to the Hotel Policy we provide daily cleaning services. In order to conserve already limited freshwater resources, we proceed to linen change, when you have placed the “Linen Change” card on the bed , which you will find at your bedside table.A towel hanging on the hook or at the shelf means: «I’ll use it again». A towel laying in the bath means: «Please change». For any additional change of linen or towels please contact our reception.(due to covid-19 prevent measurements there is  no daily cleaning services , but you can ask and arrange if you want with our reception)

BREAKFAST HOURS

Enjoy your breakfast and coffee from 07:15 until 10:30 . You can ask also for room service and have your breakfast in the room . For early breakfast option you can inform our reception from the previous day and prepare a breakfast box .

CAFE BAR

You can enjoy your coffee or drink at the Cafe Bar  of the hotel wich is located on the ground floor and it is open from 07:00 until 23:30 . Available option for daily room service from 07:00 until 23:30 .

LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE & STORAGE

For Luggage Assistance, please consult the Reception.

FREE WIFI INTERNET ACCESS

We offer free wifi internet access in all of our rooms and public areas. 

WAKE UP CALLS

Please inform Reception, if you wish to receive a wakeup call.

BABYCOT (free of charge)

Contact our reception if you want to add a babycot in your room.

IRON & IRON BOARD (free of charge)

Contact our reception to provide you an iron with an iron board in your room.

MEDICAL SERVICES

For pharmacies, doctor or hospital services, please contact our Reception.

Taxi transfers

We can arrange taxi transfers pick up from the airport to our hotel at fix prices . No additional charges , no worries to be overcharged . You can send us an email with your flight details ( flight number and company) , departure airport , arrival time in 24 hours format to ATH international airport and your mobile number at least 24 hours before your arrivaland we will arrange your transfer. The taxi driver will wait you at the exit of the arrivals gate to welcome you and drive you safe to our hotel. Payment is arraged directly to the drivers in cash or you can ask for a taxi that accepts credit cards.

Tours - Tickets

Our receptionists are ready to provide you brochures and informations for organized tours . Make your reservation for tours directly to our reception desk . The receptionist will confirm your reservation and inform you for the pick up time from the hotel or a pick up point that will be just 100 meters away.

Rent a car

Ansa rent a car company has a variaty of vehicles to rent if you want to rent a car for a day trip or vacation trip . There are options with additional charges if you want to pick up the car from the hotel and return it at the airport .

Laundry services

Laundry services provided with cooperation with Laundromat company. Just inform our reception desk about laundry request before 12:00 and we will arrange to pick up your laundry bag and have it back the same day in the afternnon . The cost of the laundry service is 10,00 euros ( up to 5 kgr for washing and dry , iron services are not included)​​​​​​
